Jazz Eggs

I know this isn’t a recipe but then again, it is. It’s such a simple way to doll up your eggs whether it’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I saw this on Jamie Olivers new tv show on channel 10 and it’s so delicious and quick.

 

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley and/or coriander, finely chopped
1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
olive oil
salt and pepper

 

Method:
1. Over a medium heat, in a little olive oil, fry the garlic, chilli and parsley for 30 seconds then crack two eggs and cook until they are set. Done. EASY! :)
